Arrival

So you can get the best experience at Nail Factory we advise all clients to arrive ontime to avoid disappointment as each nail service has a set time to ensure all services run smoothly.

Cancellations

Please note there is a 24hr cancellation policy. All appointments must be cancelled at least 24hrs before your appointment.

Aftercare Service

If anything should happen within the first 3 days of your treatment (ie. nail breakage, chipped nail etc) we are happy to fix for free. Anything after the 3 days will come with a fee (please see price list)

Rights to Refuse

Please note we reserve the right to refuse any treatments if any staff member is threatened or disrespected.

Personal Items

Please ensure all personal items are kept with you as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
